Everybody has been told to “think outside of the box” at some point in their life. Going OOB would seem to be a highly desirable trait, but by definition it is not clearly defined. OOB is not measurable in any way other than that it is far beyond the confines of traditional thinking and can produce incredible results. This week, the guest hosts on #HFChat are Chrystal Moore and Amie Cafferty from Philips leading the #HireFriday community in a discussion of using OOB in a job search. Be there Friday at Noon-1:00pm Eastern / 11:00am-12:00pm Central / 10:00am-11:00am Mountain / 9:00am-10:00am Pacific to participate in the discussion. Here are the questions:
- What out of the box way did you hear about a job?
- What out of the box way got you an interview?
- What out of the box tactic have you used/or seen in an interview?
- Describe out of the box F/U tactics after the interview.
- What out of the box tactics would you not recommend?
